This Privacy Policy explains how Logos Business Solutions FZE ("LBS", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit autobizlab.com (including the digital business card at autobizlab.com/card), fill in a form or contact us. We have tried to keep it short and clear. If anything is unclear, please write to us (see section 12).
1. Who we are
The controller of your personal data is:

We are a UAE business consultancy that helps companies with automation, CRM, AI and growth. We work with businesses across the UAE, including Dubai. Our services are intended for businesses.
We process personal data in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, in particular Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL").
2. What personal data we collect
a) Data you give us in forms and messages
- Request and diagnostic forms: your name, phone number, email, WhatsApp number, company name, industry, your message and business details you choose to share (for example, number of service bays, fleet size, priorities).
- Checklist download form: your email address and any other details you enter.
- Digital business card (/card): your name, phone and/or email, an optional message, and a code showing how you reached the page (for example, from a printed card QR code).
- Direct communication: whatever you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Telegram.
b) Data collected automatically
- Technical form data: the page you submitted the form from (including any campaign parameters in the link, such as UTM tags), the site language, the business area of the page and the time of submission.
- Analytics data (only if you allow analytics cookies): an online identifier stored in a cookie, your approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, clicks and similar interactions. On Russian-language pages this may include a recording of your session (mouse movements, scrolling and clicks) by Yandex Metrica.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, requested page and time. Our server keeps these for security and troubleshooting.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data (such as health, religion or biometric data). Please do not include it in your messages.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Who receives your data
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as far as they need it:

We may also disclose data if required by law, a court or a competent authority, or to protect our legal rights.
When you click a WhatsApp or Telegram link on our site, you leave our site. The privacy policy of that service then applies.
5. International transfers
Some of the providers above process data outside the United Arab Emirates: our hosting provider in Finland (Hetzner), Google in the USA and other countries, Telegram in data centres in several countries and, if you allow analytics on Russian-language pages, Yandex in the Russian Federation. The level of data protection in these countries may differ from the UAE.
We transfer data abroad only where permitted by UAE data protection law (the PDPL), for example:
- on the basis of the provider's contractual data protection commitments, where available;
- where you have given your explicit consent (in the form or the cookie banner); or
- where the transfer is necessary to deal with your request or perform a contract with you.
When you tick the consent box in a form on our site or on /card, you give your explicit consent to these transfers for the purpose stated next to the box. You can withdraw it at any time (see section 8).

Analytics cookies are off until you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the site footer, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
The site uses fonts that may be loaded from Google Fonts servers, which receive your IP address.
7. How long we keep your data

After these periods we delete or anonymise the data.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPL and other applicable law you may:
- get information about how we process your data and a copy of it;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to delete your data;
- ask us to restrict processing or stop it, including for marketing;
- object to decisions based solely on automated processing;
- receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (portability), where applicable;
- withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing already done;
- complain to the competent federal data protection authority in the UAE.
How to use your rights: email logosconsultlab@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request". We may ask you to confirm your identity. We aim to reply within 30 days.
To withdraw your consent, email us or simply reply to our message (email or WhatsApp) saying so. For analytics cookies, use "Cookie settings" in the site footer.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption, access limited to authorised persons, two-factor authentication on our accounts, spam protection on forms, and regular removal of data we no longer need. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. If a data breach is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the competent authority where the law requires it.
10. Children
Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add new tools or the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. If we make significant changes, we will show a notice on the site.
